All intellectual property rights in Collab Only, including but not limited to the app design, features, and functionality, belong to us or our licensors.

6. Matching and Collaborations

Collab Only facilitates connections between users but is not a party to any agreements, collaborations, or transactions between users. We are not responsible for:

• The quality or delivery of services between matched users
• Payment disputes or arrangements
• The conduct or actions of other users
• Any damages or losses resulting from user interactions

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Collab Only may offer premium features or subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees and charges as described. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimers

Collab Only is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collab Only and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collab Only and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
